The enclosed rear gardens provide a haven to relax in on a warm summers evening and a place of recreation for a growing family or keen horticulturalist. The long established trees and evergreens offer a lovely outlook from the house at all times of the year. The driveway to the front of the house, which is set well back from the lane, offers ample parking space for a house of this stature and borders a lawned garden with some ornamental planting and hedging.

The main accommodation to the ground floor comprises an entrance porch, reception hall, sitting room, dining room, lounge and a fitted kitchen/breakfast room.

The property also incorporates a ground floor “annexe that extends to sitting room, kitchen, shower room and bedroom. Ideally suited to extended family members, guests or carers.

The kitchen/breakfast room is the heart of the home with a separate dining space, breakfast bar and glazed doors to the rear gardens.

The first floor accommodation has no less than four double bedrooms and a family shower room. All of the principle rooms enjoy an open outlook to either the rear garden or lane, with fields beyond.

DROITWICH SPA Surrounded by the beautiful Worcestershire countryside, Droitwich Spa is a town of great charm offering its residents plenty to see and enjoy.

The town has been the site of a settled community for over 2000 years. It owes its existence to the natural brine springs which emanate from subterranean beds of pure rock salt 200ft below the ground. Dissolved by underground springs, artesian pressure forces the salt to the surface as brine. Its density and buoyancy are only rivalled by the Dead Sea.

The town has a good range of leisure activities available including; guided walks, an open air lido and two well maintained Green Flag parks. The recently restored Droitwich canal network is a haven for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. There are enough shops to keep retail therapists happy along with numerous markets that regularly take place in the town.

To the north of Droitwich Spa lies the City of Birmingham, home of the National Exhibition Centre and to the south stands the City of Worcester, dominated by its Cathedral. To the east of Droitwich Spa is Shakespeare’s Country and Stratford-upon-Avon. Public Transport links are well provided in Droitwich with regular direct bus services to all surrounding areas. The town is served by direct bus and rail connections to Worcester and Birmingham including all interim stops in between.

WORCESTER Worcester is the site of the final battle of the Civil War. The River Severn runs through the middle of this attractive city, overlooked by the 10th-century Worcester Cathedral. The county town and historic city of Worcester is just 17 miles southwest of Birmingham and 23 miles north of Gloucester. The city historically hosted a flourishing glove making industry and was the home of Royal Worcester Porcelain as well as, for much of his life, the composer Sir Edward Elgar. Providing the ideal location for retail therapy, there are three large covered shopping centres and an additional three out of town shopping parks. The main commercial centre can be found on the recently modified high street, home to a number of major retail chains and the older shopping streets contain numerous individual boutiques. There is also a racecourse, theatre, cricket club and university. The green city of Worcester provides three spacious parks and two large woodlands covering over 33 hectares. The banks of the River Severn provide an idyllic setting for an evening stroll or bike ride, surrounded by the wonderful Worcestershire countryside bounded by the Malvern Hills and pretty market towns. Historic landmarks include the spectacular Worcester Cathedral, dating back to the 10th Century and the Queen Anne style Guildhall designed by Thomas White, a pupil of Sir Christopher Wren in 1722. The latest landmark is Worcester’s new central library, ‘ The Hive ‘, a striking gold roofed building on the site of the former cattle market.

BIRMINGHAM Lying at the seat of England’s Industrial and commercial heartland, the “Second City is the very model of a beaming cosmopolitan global city that sets the standard for others to mirror. Increasingly recognised as an important cultural hub with the Birmingham Royal Ballet based in the city, along with a magnificent and striking new library. Birmingham also boasts some of the best shopping in Europe with the superb Bullring Shopping Centre containing over 140 shops including a flagship Selfridges department store. The exclusive Mailbox development is host to a range of designer stores including Armani and Harvey Nichols.

Location The village of Cutnall Green sits within the Wychavon District of the County of Worcestershire only four and a half miles north of Droitwich Spa and equidistant to both Bromsgrove and Kiddermister, eight miles east and west of the village respectively. There is ready access to the M5 (Junction 5) at Wychbold (five miles) making the property well placed for the greater Birmingham motorway network including the M6, M6 Toll, and M54; bringing Birmingham (20 miles), Wolverhampton (22 miles) and Worcester (ten miles) all within comfortable commuting distance. The M42 at Bromsgrove opens up the east side of the second city and Birmingham International airport and railway station (29 miles). It also enables access to the capital (127 miles) via the M40, London Heathrow Airport (115 miles) and Warwick Parkway station (30 miles). A local railway station at Droitwich opens up the wider network to the south west and Bristol (71 miles) and the mainline stations at Worcester also provide daily services the south east and west to Herefordshire. If education is a priority then Worcestershire is blessed with an enviable mix of schooling at all levels, including a variety of independent establishments, allowing parents to select the right environment for their children’s needs. There is a primary school within the village and within a number of the surrounding settlements with more senior schooling at Droitwich, Kidderminster and Worcester. Fee paying schools of national repute are to be found at Bromsgrove, Solihull, Warwick and Worcester. There is a highly regarded Preparatory School at Chaddesley Corbett, Winterfold House School, which is only fourmiles away.
