Annapolis, known as a maritime hub and home to the U.S. Naval Academy, has long been a hotspot for boating enthusiasts. The Powerboat Show will take place from October 3rd to 6th, while the Sailboat Show will run from October 10th to 14th. Both events are held along the Annapolis City Dock, offering picturesque views of the harbor. First up is the Annapolis Powerboat Show, showcasing a variety of motorized watercraft along the waterfront. Hundreds of boats will be on display from top-tier exhibitors. Attendees can also take advantage of a demo dock, where boating enthusiasts can

participate in educational experiences and demonstrations, learning firsthand about the performance and features of these vehicles. This show is especially appealing to anglers, with many boats ideal for fishing.

The following week, the Annapolis Sailboat Show takes center stage. It will feature a selection of highly desirable sailboats, with dozens of world-renowned vendors displaying their latest models. Like the Powerboat Show, the Sailboat Show offers numerous educational opportunities for sailors of all experience levels. The First Sail workshop introduces beginners to the fundamentals of sailing, while free daily seminars cover a wide range of topics. Also, an offshore emergency medicine class will help boaters prepare for worst-case scenarios at sea.

For a more exclusive experience, both shows offer VIP packages. These VIP areas include perks such as private live music, catering, and beverages from renowned local wineries and distilleries.

Tickets for both shows may be purchased online. A one-day general admission pass costs $30 at the gate, and a two-day combo ticket is $45, with discounts available for advance purchases online. VIP tickets are available for an additional fee, with prices varying by date.
