Preparation of paneer burger 1 First, heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan and add 1 tsp butter. Stir 2 garlic on medium heat. Now add 1 onion and fry well. Do not brown the onion. Also, add ½ capsicum and shake a little. Add 2 tomatoes and stir until the tomatoes are soft and mushy. 2 2/3


Reduce the heat to ½ t spoon turmeric, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp pav bhaji masala and ½ tsp salt. Make sure all the spices are well combined. Now add 2 tablespoon tomato sauce and mix well. Ensure that the mixture is of flowing stability. 3 Also, add 1 cup of paneer and mix them without breaking. Add 2 tablespoons coriander and mix well, now the cheese stuffing is ready. Slice the burger bun to prepare the burger. Put 2 tablespoons of the prepared cheese mixture on one side of the bun. Add 1 tsp green chutney to the other half of the burger bun. 4 Close the bun and press gently. Now add 1 tsp butter, 4 tsp pav bhaji masala and 1 tsp coriander leaves. Mix on low heat.
