Everyone has a place which brings back good memories, is the symbol of comfort and protection, is full of memories related to music, objects, colors, and smells. This place is called home. It is hidden in our memories as an ideal place, even if it is not perfect. Home serves as a kind of fortress to us, our freedom and our right to feel ourselves. The word home combines many different ideas and thoughts. Home is culture, faith, the place where you live, friends, relatives, neighbors, personal objects and environment. Home should be the place where you feel secure, free to be yourself and in the state of physical well-being. International students lose at least one of these components, they feel homesick and start to understand the meaning of the word “Home”. Flora is a women’s lingerie brand promoting light aesthetics through print designs and fabrics inspired by home objects and surroundings in order to eliminate the feeling of homesickness.
