what is it & what’s the aim? _ a zine in the style of a personal journal, documenting one girls daily stuggles coming to terms with anxiety and depression. each page featuring a photograph reflecting her emotions and feelings towards the world each day. aimed at the younger generation, for teenagers who might be experiencing new thoughts, feelings and emotions about their day to day life, which differ from those of their freinds - the aim of the zine is to help those who are struggling to understand they aren’t alone and there is other people out there experiencing similar issues, who know what they are going through too.
