THE IONIC SYSTEM OF 3rd GENERATION
The Ionic system is the patented “mind” of the Trittico, the exclusive scientific software that controlIs the speed of the inverter. This system patented by Bravo, together with 8 different speeds of the mixer, allows to realize a perfectly dry, creamy and smooth GELATO, with maximal overrun.
3 User-friendly programs to pasteurize your ingredients • Milk base gelato ---> automatically selected a temperature of 85°C. • Water base gelato ---> automatically selected a temperature of 65°C. • Programmable ---> the user is able to select a personalized temperature. 3 User-friendly programs to freeze your ingredients • Temperature ---> the user can select the preferred temperature of the gelato. • Consistency ---> selecting a number in a range between 1 to 9, the user can choose the right consistency of the gelato. • Time ---> the user selects the batch freezing time according to the own preferences. • Ionic system ---> the only scientific system ( patented by Bravo®) to grant the perfect texture of the GELATO. • Half quantity ---> specific programs to work with half load of ingredients.
Great Communicative Efficacy The Lcd Graphic Display, accomodates any collaboration enviroment and allows the user to manage all the process by a premium interactive experience to follow and to interact with every single operations. Will be possible for any Service Centers to immediatly check the values of all the probes and to analyze the alarm history log.
