3 User-friendly programs to pasteurize your ingredients • Milk base gelato ---> automatically selected a temperature of 85°C. • Water base gelato ---> automatically selected a temperature of 65°C. • Programmable ---> the user is able to select a personalized temperature.
3 User-friendly programs to freeze your ingredients • Temperature ---> the user can select the preferred temperature of the gelato. • Consistency ---> selecting a number in a range between 1 to 9, the user can choose the right consistency of the gelato. • Time ---> the user selects the batch freezing time according to the own preferences.
Great Communicative Efficacy The Lcd Graphic Display, accomodates any collaboration enviroment and allows the user to manage all the process by a premium interactive experience to follow and to interact with every single operations. Will be possible for any Service Centers to immediatly check the values of all the probes and to analyze the alarm history log.
