Jaipur: In a relief for the poor landowners, the State Govt has affected changes in the urban land disposal rules. These changes will also reduce the financial burden for the account holders affected by land acquisition, sports persons who have brought laurels to the country and state in sports and army personnel who have received gallantry awards. Economi- cally Weaker Section (EWS) and Low Income Group (LIG) plot holders will now have to pay much less lease amount than before for the plots allotted in the schemes of city improvement trusts, authorities and bodies.
