Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot while addressing the closing ceremony of Sarva Samaj Bhagwat Katha at Punali in Dungarpur district, said that listening to Shrimad Bhagwat Katha gives peace of mind. He said that listening to the story inculcates a sense of service among the common people. An atmosphere of love, brotherhood, goodwill is created among the common people and the message of social harmony is received, he said.
He congratulated the organizers for organizing the Katha. “Today there is a great need of social harmony and mutual brotherhood in the society. If all the residents of the state live with love and brotherhood, then the way for progress of country and state will be paved.”

On Tuesday, CM Gehlot suddenly reached Santokba Durlabhji Hospital. CM stopped the convoy outside Durlabhji while returning CMR from the airport. Notably, the mother of his acquaintance Rajesh Ajmera is admitted there and CM enquired about her health. during his 20-25 minute stay at the hospital and then left for residence.
