Ukraine shoots down 10 missiles & over 20 drones in overnight attacks, oil depot hit
Kyiv (Agencies): At least 2 civilians have been killed & over 30 wounded when a Russian missile struck a veterinary clinic in the south-central Ukrainian city of Dnipro, officials said Friday following an overnight barrage.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the strike on a medical facility “once again confirms the Russian terrorists’ status of fighters against everything humane and honest.”
Ukraine also shot down 10 missiles and over 20 drones launched by Russia in overnight attacks on the capital Kyiv, the city of Dnipro and eastern regions, Ukrainian officials said. Russia has intensified missile and drone attacks on Ukraine this month, mainly attacking logistics and infrastructure facilities before an expected Ukrainian counter offensive.

Lviv (Agencies): Hundreds of kids have been killed. For the survivors, the wide-ranging trauma is certain to leave psychological scars that will follow them into adolescence and adulthood. “Even if kids fled to a safer area, it doesn’t mean they forgot everything that happened to them,” said psychologist Oleksandra Volokhova, who works with children who escaped the violence. At least 483 children have lost their lives and nearly 1,000 have been wounded, according to figures from Ukraine’s general prosecutor’s office. UNICEF says an estimated 1.5 million Ukrainian children are at risk of depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder and other mental health issues, with potentially lasting effects. Over 1,500 Ukrainian children have been orphaned, as per National Social Service of Ukraine. The largest number of child casualties comes from Donetsk, the epicenter of many battles, where 462 children have been killed or wounded.
In the scenario, the US vessels are attacked after continuing to approach an island claimed by China in the disputed South China Sea despite repeated warnings.
