Working in our Commercial team you could be undertaking: • Valuation – of commercial property and assets for a variety of purposes • Management – the management of both private and corporate portfolios • Agency – the buying, selling and letting of commercial property and assets • Landlord and Tenant – providing advice, agreeing new tenancies and undertaking rent reviews • Dispute Resolution – supporting with dispute resolution relating to property ownership
I graduated from the University of Exeter with a BSc Politics and International Relations in Summer 2020. I have since been working in the Fisher German commercial team in the Knutsford office. Fisher German are incredibly proactive in ensuring their graduates gain an extensive breadth of experience. To provide just a glimpse, my day-to-day role can consist of undertaking property inspections of industrial estates, valuing office buildings, conducting agency viewings of retail shops, and providing strategic commercial property advice to both landlords and tenants. With the right guidance from your team and management, it’s genuinely impressive how much you can learn and achieve in this role.
