Working in our Rural team, your role could involve:
• Valuation – of rural property and assets for a variety of purposes • Estate Management – the management of both private and corporate portfolios • Agency – the buying, selling and letting of rural property and assets • Landlord and Tenant – providing advice, agreeing new tenancies and undertaking rent reviews • Agribusiness – giving strategic guidance to farming businesses • Telecoms – lease renewals and management • Dispute Resolution – supporting with dispute resolution relating to property ownership
I work within the Property Management Consultancy Division in the Exeter Office. My main work involves providing property management services for corporate clients and their Non-Operational Asset Portfolios. I am involved in broad range of properties including residential, agricultural and commercial property throughout the south west. Fisher German appealed to me because I like the small firm feel but the national presence means I can get involved with a variety of tasks with the wider FG team. Of course, the APC support was important as a graduate and Fisher German’s APC team really stood out for me and since joining I have felt very supported throughout the whole process. I believe that if you are looking to join a developing business with plenty of opportunities then Fisher German is the best place to do that.
