HOW LONG DOES THE RENTAL LAST? Our standard quote covers a single day event. For longer events, we offer consecutive-day pricing at an additional $3 per headphone for each additional day. The headphones arrive fully charged, with approximately 8 hours of battery life, and we include specialty 24-port chargers are included for multiple-day events.
HOW DO I PAY? We require a 50% deposit to secure a reservation. The remainder is required 7 days before the event date. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards.

TECHNOLOGY
Thankfully, they reached out to Chexology, which had the perfect solution. Using the NFC technology, party goers could simply give their phone number, swipe a credit card, and agree to the terms of the event electronically, saving time and a headache for all involved. Chexology’s technology even takes a lightning quick photo of everyone upon check-in, linking them to their headphones so there’s no confusion when the headphones are returned.
THE RESULTS Chexology made the rental process at this high occupancy event run extremely quickly and efficiently, allowing everyone to leave at once. Thanks to the removal of the claim ticket, party goers didn’t have to wait in line behind thousands of people to return their headphones when the DJs stopped spinning. They simply touched their headphones to the Chexology system and danced happily off home. Chexology saved so much time with arrival and return times, party goers could experience the event longer than ever before.

04 // Cancellation
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve the date of your event (unless your event is within 30 days of today, in which case, full payment finalizes reservation). However, full amount will be charged for credit card orders unless otherwise requested. Any remaining balance is due seven days prior to your event. Full payment may be made as the deposit for convenience’ sake. Cancellations must be made at least 20 days prior to the event. If event is canceled outside of 20 days before event, remaining 50% balanced is waived; alternatively, if 50% deposit or full balance has been paid and event is cancelled within 20 days, this non-refundable amount can be applied as credit for a future event. In the unlikely case that QRC is unable to serve your event, you will receive a full refund, including your deposit and a free make-up event for the same amount of headphones (on us). If your event is weather-dependent, please consider an alternative set up or location should inclement weather arise. Payment due even when unfortunate circumstance of inclement weather arises on day of event(s).

It is important to have a reliable inventory control system in place. Below is a summary of fees for missing equipment. • • • • •
Headset: $60 Transmitter: $150 (AC Adapter: $20) Cable: $20 Charger: $45 (each charger component: $15) Zipper case: $20
Missing equipment or damage to equipment must be disclosed prior to the start of the event. QRC does not accept claims of visibly damaged equipment after the event. In the event that Client receives non-functioning headsets, replacements will be sent (if time allows) – or $7 per non-functioning headset will be deducted from the balance
