You may consider the interval-valued neutrosophic set {i.e. T, I, F are intervals in [0, 1]}. If the value of the acceptance let's say T = 0.7 and the acceptance tolerance is 0.1, then you take T = [0.6, 0.8] or T + or - 0.1. Similarly for indeterminacy tolerance, and rejection tolerance.
