The truth is that anything beyond you, and the human you are committing your life to, is "small stuff". It may rain when you were promised clear skies. A hurricane may decide that your wedding weekend is a good time to appear. Things go wrong because life is absolutely imperfect.

what I wish every bride knew ... I photograph around 25 weddings per year and it never ceases to amaze me the unique offering of humanity each couple brings. None are alike, it's simply magical. There are 1,000 things (okay that's probably an exaggeration) I could say but here are my top three truths I hope you know: be your authentic self You are "one of a kind" and a complete "gift of creation". Once Kristen and Taylor toured this 240 acre working cattle ranch in Myakka City, they knew it was the right setting for their celebration. Kirsten and Taylor focused on the importance of family for their special day. The bride was on the Ski a Rees waterski team and many of the guests had been family friends and/or teammatesÂ for the majority of their lives. That energy elevated the reception and made the atmosphere very relaxed and fun!

Dane and Alyson were married on a spectacular day in February. They worked closely with their wedding planner from Chapel Creek to make sure every detail was perfect. They hosted 125 guests. Two of which, were extra special; their puppies, Casper and Remi. The puppies were part of the processional and were a huge hit as they walked down the aisle and joined in on the fun for the

For many American couples, a honeymoon will be one the longest vacations they take in their lives. In 2019, the average honeymoon spanned a full eight days - a length that enables most newlyweds to visit their dream destinations! While planning my own honeymoon two years ago, my husband and I cleverly navigated our jobsâ&#x20AC;&#x2122; annual vacation day allotments and booked ourselves a three-week getaway that straddled the end of one year and the beginning of the next. Throughout the eight years we both had been in the workforce, neither of us had taken more than ten consecutive days off. Naturally, the impressive amount of time we traveled felt victorious! In order to keep our travel costs low and our adventure high, we narrowed down our list of dream destinations to three affordable and rustic countries in South America: Argentina, Uruguay, and

Chile. Each country is located below the equator, allowing us to enjoy some winter sunshine. It was not a coincidence that we chose to visit a budgetfriendly destination with warm weather. Those countries fit the priorities we established after following the below four steps. Each step helped us create the best itinerary possible for our goals, and I am confident they can work for you, too! fantasize Several months before the big day, my husband and I spent an evening daydreaming together. This is good practice, since it is important to know how much you can afford from the start. With that, once my husband and I had priced out our top destinations, we subsequently decided to beef up our budget by adding a Honeyfund to our registry.
