Më 2009 AIP harton dhe publikon rregullat teknike dhe strategjinë për legalizim të ndërtimeve pa leje në Prishtinë: MANUALI. Poashtu, në bashkëpunim me Komunën e Prishtinës dhe në konsultime të vazhdueshme me Ministrinë e Mjedisit dhe Plaifikimit Hapsinor të Kosovës, AIP harton draftin e Rregullores për Legalizim. Kuvendi Komunal i Prishtinës i miratoi të dy dokumentet.
In 2009 AIP has drafted and published technical regulations and the strategy for legalization of illegal building in Prishtina: MANUAL. Also, I cooperation with the Municipality of Prishtina and in consultation with the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of Kosovo, AIP has drafted the Draft Regulation for the Legalization.
