This pandemic has impacted more than 15 million people in an industry that was on track to beat record revenue projections of nearly $880 billion in sales, by some experts estimates. Restaurant owners have had to make the difficult decision to furlough workers, to shut down temporarily or even, sadly, to close their doors for good. It has undoubtedly been a challenge for this industry and will probably continue to be for quite some time. Nevertheless, there is hope! >
