Our clients were retiring to Lake Lanier and wanted to achieve the highest price to help fund their retirement. The challenge was the property was in bad shape. The owners moved most of their furniture to the lake and we had the property staged. Their total Concierge funding was $18,000. We listed the property at $479,000. Our Launch Marketing attracted over 75 showings in 2 days and secured 25 contract offers. The final price was $588,888 - $110,000 above list price! This was a new record for the local market! Our seller clients were thrilled and are now happily enjoying retirement at Lake Lanier.
