Our seller clients wanted to move to Chicago to be closer to family since they had a small child. To achieve this, they needed to sell their home for at least $520,000. A similar home on their street had just sold for $480,000 so they were not sure they could achieve the goal. We explained our approach and recommended the actions necessary to get the home ready. This included exterior pressure washing, interior and exterior painting and some staging. We listed the property for $489,900. Again, our Launch Marketing worked to perfection. We hosted over 100 showings in 2 days, secured 27 contract offers and the final price was $601,888 - $112,000 above list price! This was another new record for the local market. Our clients have moved to their hometown just outside Chicago and happily beginning the next chapter in their lives!
