Ganga Dussehra Varanasi, Haridwar and Rishikesh
The Ganga Dussehra festival is celebrated to mark the time that the holy Ganges River descended to earth after the great penance of Bhagirath. It is believed that one who recites the Ganga Stotra on this day, while standing in the water of Ganges, gets relieved from the curses of all the sins. There is a rule for donating on Ganga Dussehra—the quantity of the donating item should be in count of 10. Also, the material for worship should be in the count of 10. Doing this boosts the positive results. Bathing on this day eliminates 10 types of sins. Three of them are physical, four are spoken and rest three are mental. The devotee gets freed from all the sins after a bath in the Holy Ganges (Note: Festival and event dates are liable to change)

T
here’s something about Coonoor that captures the heart of even the most seasoned traveller. This quaint little hill station, nestled in the heart of the Nilgiris, retains an aura of peace and tranquility even today. Unlike most other Indian hill stations which have become a mess of loud tourists, haggling touts and monstrous commercialisation, Coonoor remains in a beautiful, timeless bubble of its own.
Getting there
Getting to Coonoor is no problem at all. Those who love

to drive would enjoy the journey from Bengaluru to Coonoor (285kms). The drive takes you through the beautiful forests of Bandipur National Tiger Reserve and Mudumalai Wildlife Sanctuary and National Park. Don’t be surprised to see deer scurrying across the highway (perhaps the odd elephant too) as you drive by! Alternately, fly in to Coimbatore (the closest airport) with Air Costa and drive to Coonoor (the distance is about 70kms). However, irrespective of which route you take, you will have to brace yourself for some very steep inclines and sharp hairpin bends on the Nilgiris.
The simple pleasures of life
Depending on how you see things, there’s just so much to do in Coonoor—or absolutely nothing to do! If you’re there to get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, well chosen! Upper Coonoor is a magical little cocoon, with lovely old homes scattered amid the lush green contours of the Nilgiris. As evening turns to night, temperatures plunge and the entire area is covered in a blanket of thick fog. Eat hearty meals, go for long walks, read, laze about and simply enjoy the simple pleasures of life…
The delightful heritage train
For those who love to explore new places inside out, there’s more than enough to do in Coonoor as well. The Nilgiri Mountain Railway heritage train ride is a complete joy and an experience not to be missed! It is advisable to take the first train of the day from Coonoor to Ooty to avoid the crowds that build up. Grab a window seat in the general compartment (the first class compartment is rather small and stuffy). The quaint blue train has an ornate steam engine, large picture windows and delightful polished wooden seats—an air of nostalgia hangs thick! The journey is equally fascinating. The little train chugs away through the mountainous slopes, offering passengers breathtaking views of the landscapes and sweeping valleys. The stations that the train stops at along the route are most charming, as are the unscheduled pauses in the hills. A spectacular aerial view of Ooty is an added bonus. If you love the ride, try riding the entire length of the railway as well, from Ooty to Mettupalaym.

This spot is now out of bounds for casual visitors due to safety reasons. However, a bit of luck coupled with some relentless bargaining got us through. Another great drive is towards Kotagiri (30kms from Coonoor). The roads are great and the views are stunning. Kotagiri is a quiet, unassuming town with a history of its own. Those interested in knowing about the history of the Nilgiris should visit the Sullivan Memorial in the Kotagiri town centre. andhiya Mehhta, the ace Numerologist and Vastu expert is now a worldwide brand. These advances have helped her to help every human soul in return, to guide them to their enchanting dreams, gain power over their fortunes and to come alive. She is in the field for more than twenty five years, and in this journey has helped and exchanged energies and ideas, guided people to lead better lives, has received dozens of honours and recognitions, like ‘The Nari Ratna award, Indira Gandhi Priyadarshani Award, Rastriya Ratan award, Mahila Shiromani award, 4p Brand recognitions, titled ‘The Indian Nostradamous’, ‘The Global Indian Leaders excellence award and many more such appreciations. Numerology is the most accurate predictive science, and has evolved from the ages of people counting stars as numerical references to today where we add up all the calculations and we have an outcome that guides you to the events in your life, and stay prepared for them. It just does not give you knowledge, it empowers you to plan, sketch your future, grow as a person, rise and shine. “To a person who seeks success, my system will bring success, happiness and prosperity. And to those who are already successful it will bring sustainability, positive reinforcements, further success and an introduce to a new and higher perspective and lifestyle.” The Journey to my methods “I am someone who has evolved, and with every step of my life have just tried to be better in what I love, I don’t just predict your future, I communicate, consult and help you empower your energies.”
Every person is having an energy, a combination of them, and each combination is different, hence they have only certain types of energy and lack the other ones. This is what makes us human, that we can’t be perfect but we have to strive to be. My exclusive research and study of missing numbers in your birth graph helps me to determine what are the strong energies that I can see in you and uplift the missing energies to suit to your dreams and ambitions. With my years or research and positive successes, I help these missing energies in your graph. Its like providing nutrition to a body, by way of simple remedies and self improvement tools that I have developed by myself. My advice “Knowledge empowers you, and there is nothing more powerful than to understand yourself, your potentials, what holds you back, what drives you forward.” I provide you this knowledge about yourself, though numerology. Knowledge about finances, career, turnaround years, lucky dates, months, years, things that help you have a strong backup plan for everything in life. “No mantra, fasting, name changes singularly guarantees you anything. Ultimately its
you who has to foresee the future, and I help you to do so.” The curious case of 4 & 8 “In my research, nearly 70% people are connected to these numbers. And once you enter the circle, these numbers will keep you in their loop for generations.” One usually guards themselves because we have all heard a lot about disappointments and delays, sorrows and hardships of 4 & 8 and even 7. But I see them powerful steroids, to be handled carefully, and with the help of my numerology you may be closer to understand how to deal with 4 & 8 in your life. Then channelize it to positive planning and maximise your fortune’s profits. Feel blessed if you belong to them, we will empower your life and, learn through 4 & 8 and reap more fruits of your hard work than you would have previously did. Is life simpler without 4 & 8: The other side of the story. Individually every number has its massive merits but if it doesn’t get the support of your fadic/destiny number it cannot do much for you. 1, 9, 5 & 3 are very powerful numbers and should get magnanimous success as per individual
calculations, but if you are still struggling and have faced certain problems you should try and understand your state of energies and de tangle the web to create a free way for your future. “A bright star has its own energy, but lighting a lamp in the dark is much more meaningful.” We all are a mix of many numbers, their combinations play us differently and affects us differently. 1, 9, 5 & 3 are very powerful numbers and should get magnanimous success as per individual calculations but we are in the race of ordinary if we just sit back and give up. We have to empower these combinations in our fortune, to achieve what is extraordinary, which makes us exemplary individuals, that help themselves and in addition help their families, society, help someone in need who looks unto you. “We have seen the sunrise, but to feel the warmth of it we have to wake up every day.” And every one of us should strive to be more than what we can be, I do so, so should you. And let My Numerology help you and prepare you for this serene but extraordinary life.
The Success road ahead
There is a Buddhist saying,
“You yourself must strive; the Buddha’s just
point the way.” There are no criteria to evaluate what the results of the remedies are; I just believe in helping who believe in the power of universe. If you believe in yourself and the universe let me just show you a direction, you yourself will lead on the right path and achieve the results within no desired time. I have received tremendous positive feedbacks to have faith in the universe myself.

Later, amble across indoors into the stately bungalow for a delicious dinner. The glorious, old world décor is the icing on the cake! Of course, other typical tourist spots are also worth a visit. Sims Park is a refreshing spot for lovers of nature. Dolphin’s Nose and Lamb’s Rock are vantage points (after all, every hill station has them) for some wonderful views of the mountains. St. Catherine Falls and Law Falls, both located on the outskirts of Coonoor, are good picnic sites. I’
ll never forget the first time I visited Coorg. Packed into a rickety sleeper bus from Bengaluru, a whole bunch of us took the overnight journey to Coorg to attend a wedding. Admittedly, I knew neither the bride nor the groom too well. It didn’t matter—my interest lay in the opportunity to visit beautiful Coorg (after hearing so much about it!) and witnessing a wedding conducted as per the

authentic traditions of the land. Coorg had me at hello. There was something so majestic, and yet quaint about the place—the picturesque views and spectacular landscapes had me on photo clicking overdrive! The bustling town of Madikeri, the capital of Coorg dirtrict (also known as Kodagu) is an enchanting little town, with ordinary life playing out against an extraordinary background of beauty.
Beauty Unlimited!
Irrespective of whether you want to tirelessly explore the expansive region or just put your feet up and relax, you will love Coorg. Start your explorations at the famed Raja’s Seat—once frequented by Kodava kings, it gives you a bird’s eye view of the spectacular landscape, especially at sunset. First timers to Coorg must definitely visit a coffee estate for a

authentic homestay options. For those who love nature, a trip to Coorg is a dream! From the scenic Irruppu Falls and the offbeat Abbey Falls to the fascinating Dubare Elephant Camp (where elephants are bred and nurtured). The
Thadiyandamol Hills make for an excellent trek—and those who manage to make the climb are rewarded with perhaps the loveliest view of Coorg. A personal recommendation is a visit to Bylakuppe, located 36kms away from Madikeri. Bylakuppe is a Tibetan settlement (the second largest

Wander about, you will see a clutch of elderly monks chanting in a tiny shrine or a group of young monks huddled into a classroom, learning about life and the truth. Enjoy a typical Tibetan meal of thukpa (noodle soup) at a bustling eatery outside the monastery premises.
More than just a good-looking place…
There’s something very special about Coorg that transcends far beyond just

its physical beauty. This lies in its culture, in the fact that the natives of Coorg (the Kodavas) are believed to have descended from migrating Persians, Kurds and Greeks left behind from Alexander the Great’s armies. Kodagu was a state in its own right until 1956, when it merged with Karnataka. From their dressing to their traditions, rituals and food, the Kodavas celebrate a vibrant culture of their own. Their ceremonial attire is delightful—with the men donning wraparound black robes with a maroon and gold sash tied at the waist. A beautifully decorated silver dagger is tucked into the sash, reminiscent of their origin as a warrior tribe. The
women drape their sarees differently, decorating them with glorious silver broaches. These days, it is only at ceremonial events and functions that the Kodavas don their complete ethnic attire—and when they do, it is indeed a sight to behold! I noticed that all Kodavas, whether they lived in the region or had migrated outside, were fiercely protective of their cultural heritage and extremely proud of their roots. (I had a landlady of Kodava origin—you could just hear the pride in her voice when she spoke of her roots!) If you really want to know more about the culture, settle down for a long chat with some elderly Kodavas over steaming cups of coffee.

End your meal with a generous serving yel neer payasam (tender coconut kheer). While the best place to eat is at a Kodava home or homestay (or even better, get yourself invited to a Kodava
wedding) the Raintree Restaurant in Madikeri is a great alternate option. If you enjoy a drink, try some lovely homemade fruit wine. A true specialty of the region, the fruit wine is in exotic flavours from gooseberry to orange peel. Don’t be too surprised it you land up buying countless bottles in varied flavours to carry back home!

John on a plate! Cookbook author Anuradha Sawhney shares with us actor John Abraham’s all vegan recipe of sautÊed exotic vegetables with almonds.
R
ecently I underwent my annual medical tests. Except in this case they were not annual, but after three years! I had been lazy and that is not a good thing where health is concerned. It was with my heart in mouth that I waited for the reports. I knew that while during these three years I had ensured that I ate the right foods, I had not exercised at all! I was lazy and every evening I said I would walk the next day, and every morning my bed would not let me go! While I was confident that my cholesterol levels would be fine since I do not eat any animal products, my big worry was that my sugar levels may have gone up since diabetes is a very scary possibility for sedentary individuals. When the results came, I was pleasantly surprised. My sugar fasting was 90 and postprandial was 100! Not bad! Very encouraging, in fact. The negative was that I had put on a couple of kilos in weight and I decided to be generous and attribute this to my recent European holiday! Of course, the truth is that I did not walk or exercise for all these years! But what I did do was maintain my low fat plant based wholegrain vegan diet. This type of a diet adds the much needed fibre into my body. This fibre binds with any fats,
62

including any cholesterol and removes it from the body. Eating whole grain has a very big advantage over eating refined food stuffs. Can you guess what that is? While refined foods like flour and white rice get released in your blood almost immediately leading to a sugar spike and thus diabetes in the long run, whole grains take a longer time to be digested. Not only is there no sugar spike, you eat less since you get full faster. And because food is
digested at a slower pace, there is no urge to eat again and again as there is if you eat fast food like burgers and pizzas. We all know that John Abraham was a model, and is now a famous actor as well as a producer in Bollywood. I have known John for many years now, since we worked together to help animals via PETA. John is an acknowledged fitness buff and is fond of a healthy lifestyle. Because this dish is so easy
to cook, I make it often. I love all the vegetables used in this recipe, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini, bok choy… They are full of health-giving properties and so very great in taste. When I cook it, I sometimes use yellow zucchini if I can find it, instead of the regular dark green one, just for a change and because that is my favourite shade of yellow! And I use almond flakes with their outer covering as the outer brown cover on almonds contains fibre too!
Exotic Vegetables With Almonds Ingredients: 1 packet (around 200g) mushrooms 1 head broccoli 1 zucchini 3 to 4 leaves of bok choy 6-8 garlic cloves. 1 tbsp slivered almonds 1 tsp oil (optional) 2 to 3 tsp light soy sauce Freshly ground black pepper to taste Salt to taste
Method:
•Wash all the vegetables. •Cut the mushrooms into quarters. •Break or cut the broccoli into bite- •Add the mushrooms, broccoli sized florets.
•Do not peel the zucchini. Cut it
into two lengthwise, then cut into one-inch pieces.
•Break the bok choy into three pieces each.
•Peel the garlic and crush it lightly using a mortar and pestle.
•Blanch the almonds, till the skins are wrinkled. Peel and cut them into fine slivers. You should have about one tablespoon of slivered almonds.
•Put a non-stick pan over
and zucchini. Raise the heat to high, stir well and cover the pan. Let the vegetables steam for about two to three minutes. The mushrooms will release water in which they will cook. Be careful not to overcook the vegetables.
•Open the pan and continue
to cook, till the water starts to evaporate.
•Add the bok choy, almonds and
soy sauce. Stir-fry for one minute.
•Remove from heat and add the pepper.
moderate heat and add the oil (optional).
•Taste and add salt only if needed
•When hot, add the garlic and

Hair Transplantation—Grow Natural!
H
air transplantation is a surgical procedure used for the correction of androgenic alopecia (AGA), cicatricial (scarring) alopecia, or any form of permanent hair loss in both men and women. In hair transplantation, newly created tiny grafts of “permanent” hair are distributed artistically over the balding scalp according to a carefully planned pattern. They quickly take root and, after a short resting period of four to six months, grow—and keep on growing for the rest of your life. There are two methods of hair transplant. Follicular Unit
Transplant (FUT) which is also called the strip method and another method is the Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) commonly known as suture less or scar less method. To create great hair transplant results, a good amount of artistic ability is necessary on the part of the surgeon. He must have a “feel” for how to aesthetically create natural, feathered gradients of hair that are totally undetectable to those who will encounter that patient in the years to come. Establishing this mutual understanding is one of the most effective ways
to increase overall patient satisfaction. Direct one-on-one conversation with the patient and the operating surgeon is the best way to know the type of procedure suitable for the best outcome. Dr. Soni is an internationally accredited hair transplant surgeon who has more than 1,500 successful hair transplant in his credit. He is the Director of Medispa Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Centre. Dr. Soni is a certified M.Ch plastic surgeon doing exclusive cosmetic surgery and hair transplants. He is one of the few surgeons in India who can do FUE and FUT procedures with equal efficiency. His artistic skill and deep medical knowledge is committed to provide a very natural hairline design with dense packing of hair and scarl ess trichophytic closure with no visible marks. Medispa has established the most advanced hair transplant center in country. The centers are equipped with an ultra modern operation theater, dedicated to cosmetic surgery and hair transplantation with maximum number of German microscopes for hair transplantation. Currently Medispa has its presence in Delhi, Jaipur, UK and UAE.

New Releases this Month! HINDI
Bombay Velvet One of the most widely anticipated films of the year, the much-delayed Bombay Velvet finally hits the screens this month! A period crime drama directed and co-produced by Anurag Kashyap, based on historian Gyan Prakash’s book Mumbai Fables, the film is set in the Bombay of the 1960s. The film tells the story of a boxer, Johnny Balraj, and an aspiring jazz singer, Rosie, and how their hopes and dreams collide with their individual realities. It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in lead roles with Kay Kay
Menon, Manish Choudhary, Raveena Tandon and Siddharth Basu appearing in supporting roles. Kashyap was inspired to make such a film after reading L.A. Quartet, a sequence of four crime fiction novels by James Ellroy, set in the late 1940s through the late 1950s in Los Angeles. The novels inspired him to “dig into the dark trenches of the history of Bombay”, where he “found a treasure trove that was never-ending.” Watch out for this one!

This is the best time to do what you had always wanted. Harmony and tranquillity pervades on the home front and will keep you in an upbeat mood. You will find your romantic horizons, brighten! Wise investments promise handsome returns. There is much sense in following the path of moderation to keep the body and mind in balance. Attending parties and get-togethers are on the cards. Exploring a new place is possible and will prove most interesting.
You will score over others in professional matters, thanks to your knowledge and experience. This is the time when you can afford to sit back and relax at work. There is much harmony on the domestic front. Good planning will help you in achieving much on the home front. A favourable phase is foreseen for those in financial doldrums. Praise from those who matter is likely to make the period happy for you on the academic front.

Be considerate to those who are putting in their bit at work and you will get a team of willing workers! Spare time may find you going out with friends. You are likely to bond well with a particular individual of the opposite sex! Some of you may get down to improving your financial situation. Those suffering from lifestyle diseases may not find relief from home remedies. Young couples can expect the marital boat to sail smoothly.
A little push on your part will set the ball rolling at work. You may not be too happy with the kind of workload that has been put on your shoulders on the professional front, but little you can do about it. Getting involved in someone else’s business on the academic front may waste a lot of your time. It may appear difficult to fathom the mood of your partner, but you will manage it fine!

The deeper you descend into a case, the more complicated it becomes. So, be at it till you get to the bottom of the case. A ray of hope is likely for those who are heavily involved in betting or speculation. A feeling of desperation may envelop you on the professional front, but it will be a temporary phase. A youngster in the family may need your help. Health can be a bit under the weather. Keeping someone’s spirits high will be important. Lucky Number: 9
Prepare well, as you are likely to get pitted against the best. Your preparation will be adequate for acing a competition or exam on the academic front. Devoting extra time on a project will be important, if you want to do a thorough job of it. Money or property may come to some through inheritance. Positive signals on the romantic front promise to keep you in an excited state! Health remains satisfactory, as you become more fitness conscious.

Offer your services without any selfinterest and you will stand to benefit. Monetary conditions are set to improve, as profits start to pile up on the financial front. A good turn done to someone on the work front is likely to be returned with interest. An out of town trip will prove most exciting and may compel you to extend your vacation. You may start enjoying the company of a person of the opposite sex due to mutual liking and common interests.
A chance meeting with someone may turn into an opportunity for those seeking a job or a deal. You may need to handle someone tactfully, if you want full cooperation. Don’t get cowed down by real estate agents into sealing a deal without reading the fine print. A positive reply to a wedding proposal can be expected by the eligible. Exam fever may grip some on the academic front. Health-wise you will need to be careful of seasonal ailments.

An exciting challenge lies in store for some on the professional front. Take shortcuts, if you find the going tough. This seems to be the only way. Don’t take things lightly on the academic front, especially if you are lagging behind. A friend or an associate may prove a big help in completing some personal work. It may be difficult to attend a family gettogether due to professional commitments. A passion-filled phase is foreseen, as the romantic scene brightens.
If you want something from others, project your demand in a befitting manner. Some ceremony connected with a wedding or otherwise, can get underway. Consistently good performance may get you in line for a promotion, but it will entail a lot of hard work. Your desire to spend quality time with lover will be fulfilled. Be careful of what you invest in, as you can lose money. Those learning to drive will be confident enough to drive solo.

CORNER
Aesop’s Fables (Translated by George Fyler Townsend)
The Donkey, the Fox, and the Lion The donkey and the fox, having entered into partnership together for their mutual protection, went out into the forest to hunt. They had not proceeded far when they met a lion. The fox, seeing imminent danger, approached the lion and promised to contrive for him the capture of the donkey if the lion would pledge his word not to harm the fox. Then, upon assuring the donkey that he would not be injured, the fox led him to a deep pit and arranged that he should fall into it. The lion, seeing that the donkey was secured, immediately clutched the fox, and attacked the donkey at his leisure.
The Dog in the Manger A dog lay in a manger, and by his growling and snapping prevented the oxen from eating the hay which had been placed for them. “What a selfish dog!” said one of them to his companions; “he cannot eat the hay himself, and yet refuses to allow those to eat who can.”
The Miser A miser sold all that he had and bought a lump of gold, which he buried in a hole in the ground by the side of an old wall and went to look at it daily. One of his workmen observed his frequent visits to the spot and decided to watch his movements. He soon discovered the secret of the hidden treasure, and digging down, came to the lump of gold, and stole it. The miser, on his next visit, found the hole empty and began to tear his hair and to make loud lamentations. A neighbour, seeing him overcome with grief and learning the cause, said, “Pray do not grieve so; but go and take a stone, and place it in the hole, and fancy that the gold is still lying there. It will do you quite the same service; for when the gold was there, you had it not, as you did not make the slightest use of it.”

Feedback Dear Air Costa, I had never heard about this airline till the day before yesterday when I was searching for flights to Vijayawada. I had a pleasurable journey travelling to and fro between Hyderabad and Vijayawada on Air Costa. On my return journey my mind was relatively free and I was just analyzing and thought it’s an excellent flight and no small time player. It flew before time. I looked around at the cabin crew for service and got a fantastic response I have not even received in a ‘Class A’ airline. I would like to make a special mention of your crew member Priyanka Sehgal. She amazed me with her prompt service. Usually I have seen that crew travelling on such sectors are not as motivated to be responsive to travellers’ requirement. Priyanka was just excellent in her response and she ensured that I was super comfortable even in this short flight. All I can say is Priyanka is an asset to Air Costa and she made me feel as if I was travelling in a ‘Class A’ airline. Good luck to her and of course, Air Costa. An airline flying on time and crew that are responsive to passengers needs is all a passenger can ask for!! Thank you for the memorable journey Air Costa. I hope to fly in your cute, small 2x2 seater aircraft with a lovely turquoise ambience again soon. I hope you guys come up flights in new sectors. Good luck!!! With best regards, Rusheet Padalia
Dear Sir/Madam, I am very much grateful for your immediate and wellmannered services. I had forgotten my book and ball point pen on seat number 1C on flight number LB697 on 16th March when I had travelled from Jaipur to Bengaluru. However, today when I reached the Air Costa sales office in Bengaluru, I was immediately handed over both the pen and the book, that were still in the same good condition as I had left them in. I am also very thankful to Mr. Manish Saini from the Jaipur Air Costa office who took a lot of effort to locate the said items and he even informed me when they were found, asking me to pick them up from the Air Costa sales desk at the Bengaluru airport. Thanks once again to all the staff of a very reputed airline called Air Costa! Ramchandra Agarwal Good, bad, ugly… your feedback is welcome. do write to us at: feedback@aircosta.in

behaviour: The Showcase of Personality
“Behaviour is a mirror in which everyone displays his image.” – Goethe People are always recognised and remembered by their behaviour. When we think of a person, the first thing that comes to mind is his or her behaviour, which in turn creates an impression. Behaviour is the base for human relations, which bind or break interpersonal relationships. One’s behaviour should be acceptable to people around. Otherwise, there is a danger of social ostracisation. Ultimately, the person whose behaviour is not acceptable to others will have to live in seclusion, which is the worst punishment one can ever think of! Unpleasant behaviour not only hampers relationships but also spoils both physical and mental health. A person with rude behaviour suffers from psychosomatic diseases such as stress, depression, high blood pressure, personality disorders etc. The marital relations are mostly shattered by the unpalatable behaviour of one or of both the partners. This, in turn, spoils the atmosphere in the family affecting the family members, especially, the children. The fixations such as “Mummy is bad” or “Daddy is rude” will start developing in their minds. Behaviour has an impact on the professional performance also. Bad behaviour seeps into the relations among colleagues, between boss and subordinates and with the superior. This would spoil the whole work atmosphere. Man is a member of many groups such as family, peer, professional, religious, social etc. Behaviour which is not pleasant erodes in to all these groups and destroy relations. Behaviour is a matter of choice! One can choose to love or hate. Kind or cruel; courteous or discourteous, obedient or arrogant. Good behaviour may not always pay more, but bad behaviour damages a lot!
