Sliders with Chipotle Mayonnaise Ingredients Chipotle Mayonnaise: 1 cup mayonnaise 2 chipotles in adobo sauce 1 tablespoon adobo sauce 1/2 lime, juice Salt and freshly ground black pepper Sliders: 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ground chuck, 80/20 Salt and freshly ground black pepper Cheese slices, your choice Mini burger buns
Direction Chipotle Mayonnaise: 1. Add all the ingredients to a food processor and puree. Season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Sliders: 2. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. 3. Form the meat into 2 to 3-ounce portions, packed tightly. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Place the sliders on the grill. Wait until they are nice and crusty on the first side, about 4 to 5 minutes and then flip and cook another 4 minutes. When the sliders are about done, top with desired cheese and close the grill, allowing the cheese to melt. 5. Place the slider on mini burger buns and top with chipotle mayonnaise and any other desired toppings. savannah

I
n this month's beauty insider, I am sharing with you a few of my favorite beauty products. They aren't the traditional makeup products that you would expect; but, they can be used in a beauty bind nonetheless. Being a Makeup Artist, I have certain items that are a must for my makeup kit. These products are affordable, easy to use and they get the job done. First are baby wipes! I love baby wipes, they are great for makeup removal. Working with so many skin types, I never know who's going to be sensitive to what, so using unscented baby wipes that are hypoallergenic and saturated with cleanser to break down the makeup are the best. The price is affordable and the quantity is great! I usually get a 50 pack for $2.99, a price you can't beat! Next are Q-tips. I keep them in just about every bag I own. Q-Tips are ideal for cleaning up makeup mistakes, to mixing up different lipstick colors. I like multi-purpose items, as they can be used for just about anything. My last makeup must-have is not an actual beauty product; but, it is a necessity and it is stain remover. For those times when makeup gets on fabric, stain remover is a life saver. Certain makeup products can get into places and onto things that I don't want to have ruined by product stains. So, keeping stain remover wipes handy is a must!
