3. Step out of your comfort zone. Dare yourself

Share the information you’ve gained from this journey and journal. Share the knowledge you learned from your mentor. Share the compassion and encouragement you received from your friends and family members. Just think, where would you be without all that support?

You couldn’t have done it alone. You shouldn’t let anyone else do it alone either. Especially now that you are kind of an expert!

Can you think of anyone you may be able to be an inspiration to—

someone you could help become even more amazing? It can be a specific person, or a group—like younger classmates or teammates. Is there anyone in your life whose situation or goals might be similar to yours? If so, tell them how you can support them, and see if they want your help. (It’s important to ask, because they may need a different kind of support than you’ve thought of. And then you get to decide what you can give.)

When you give someone inspiration, it’s like you are giving them a little ray of sunshine!
