AUTOMOTIVE SALES: Don Pask, General Manager of Eide Chrysler & Jesse Schuchard, General Manager of Eide Ford

Two perfect examples of leadership and professional growth in the Bismarck community are the General Managers at the Eide dealerships: Don Pask of Eide Chrysler and Jesse Schuchard of Eide Ford.

One thing Eide prides itself on is promoting from within, and Don and Jesse are perfect examples. Don Pask started as a college intern in 2011 at Eide Ford. Through the years, he worked his way through sales and management and in 2021 became the General Manager of Eide Chrysler.

“I never would have been able to get to where I am today without Eide. This dealership has had a monumental impact on both my professional and personal life and I am beyond thankful for the opportunities that have been given to me these last 11 years.”

Jesse Schuchard started in 2012 as a sales consultant and quickly moved through management positions until he became the General Manager of Eide Ford in 2021.

“Eide helped me to set goals and then achieve them. The growth I have seen in myself and my team is something I have never seen at any other company. Eide opens up opportunities to its employees regardless of their current jobs, allowing for continuous growth," Jesse said.

“It’s awesome to see our employees grow professionally here at Eide, but the coolest thing to see is the personal growth of each of our employees," Don said. "Moving up in the company is a great step, but watching them start a family or buy their first house, that is why I am proud to be a part of this organization."
