Civil Engineer and Project Manager Brian Zuroff works with clients in many of the sectors Mountain Plains serves. He and the Bismarck Engineering Team are responsible for the engineering design of many of the engineering projects Mountain Plains works on throughout Western North Dakota and Montana.

In addition to being a licensed professional engineer in seven states, as well as a Model Law Engineer designee from the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES), Zuroff serves as a Commissioner on Burleigh County Planning and Zoning Commission. He is also the Vice-Chair of the Local Issues Committee for Bismarck-Mandan Chamber EDC, as well as a past president of the North Dakota Society of Professional Engineers.
