At CHI Health at Home, their highly skilled team of clinicians are devoted to providing client-centered care that empowers the unique voices of all those served. They work diligently to include clients, caregivers and families in the design and implementation of care, ensuring that care and comfort are provided in a dignified way and in accordance with the unique preferences and values of all those they serve. CHI Health at Home recognizes the significance of each client's journey and does all they can to ensure an honorable home health or hospice experience.

The CHI Health at Home team is composed of nurses, physical and occupational therapists, social workers, aides, volunteers, chaplains, administration staff and even an End of Life Doula. They are fortunate to have Dr. Laura Archuleta, a HospiceCertified Physician, serving as their Hospice Medical Director. The majority of the team is from the Bismarck-Mandan area and is deeply committed to serving the community they call home.
