Born and raised in Bismarck, Troy Nelson knew from a young age exactly what he wanted to be when he grew up.

“I know that there are many different things I can do in life that I could be lousy or very mediocre at, but I also know the good Lord gave me the skills and abilities to really make a difference in people’s lives and be a great financial advisor,” Nelson said.

In addition to running the largest Edward Jones branch in the country, Nelson gives his time, talent and treasure back to the BismarckMandan community. He volunteers at Teen Challenge, serves on the Board of Directors for Pulse Outreach and also leads numerous men's groups at his church.
