Heart-themed breakfast for your loved one Valentine's Day is approaching fast and all are busy planning and executing something special for this big day of love. However, for Indians all the celebrations practically begins and ends with food. Therefore, the sale of the heart-shaped foods like cakes, marsh-mallows, cookies, biscuits is reaching sky high. But what about that special heart-themed breakfast for your loved one cooked with you own hands? Well, nothing can beat the romanticism of this. Spend a cozy time, having tasty breakfast which have all the items in shape of heart. Are you thinking how to do that? Do not worry, nothing on earth can be more easier than this, and more romantic than this as well. All you need is a heart-shaped silicone or steel mould. It is now easily available in any supermarket. But if you are still unable to find, order one online. But make it fast, you don't have much time. Now, let us proceed with the menu. Well, it can be your very regular breakfast but with a touch of love. Toasted bread, oil-poached eggs, hashbrown and coffee. Yes, its that simple, but you need some patience, some extra time and lots of love to prepare this. Take two breads and place them in a plate on top of one another. Now take your heart shaped mould and place on top. With a sharp knife cut off the portions outside the mould and get the cute heart shaped breads out. Now simply toast them. It is advisible to toast it in tawa. Also a bit firm bread gives a more clean result. So prefer buying atleast a day or two older bread. I know that's unhealthy, but everything is fair in love and war.

Now heat oil in a tawa and place the heart mould in it. Very carefully and gently break two eggs over the tawa and inside the mould. Two eggs are advisable as more the material, more clean the shape will come in final. Allow the eggs to get firm a bit more. Cover it while getting cooked for further firmness. When done, cut off if spill out is there and sprinkle salt and pepper. Now gently lift up the mould and slide the poached eggs into the plate.

Now, its time for hashbrown. Grate the potatoes, squeeze out the excess moisture and keep ready. Oil the tawa, set on heat and place the mould. Now nicely spread the potato inside the mould along its shape. Allow it to cook for 2-3 mins. Then pull up the mould and flip the potato cake such that the other side gets to cook. When brown on both the sides, its done. Sprinkle salt, pepper and also cheese if you like and slide it to the plate.

Finally, the most easiest one. Prepare coffee as usual. You may add some fresh cream to add to it richness and pour in a cup (preferably the nicest one in your collection). So, that's it. Where's the theme? Wait, take it easy. Just throw some heart shaped marshmallows and you are there to go.

Arrange them in a nice tray and present to your love with a lovely smile. Happy Valentine's Day!
