RAW BROWNIE recipe 1
what you need 2 cups of Medjool Dates (pitted) 1 cup of Walnuts 1/4 cup of Cacao Powder 1 teaspoon of Coconut Oil (melted) 1 tablespoon of Chia Seeds
what to do 1 Put the walnuts, cacao powder and chia seeds into a food processor and pulse until it resembles a fine crumb.
2 While the food processor is running add in the dates one at a time and the coconut oil until the mix starts to stick together and is ‘tacky’.
3 Empty the mixture into a small baking tray lined with baking paper.
Press the mixture down with
your fingers until it is level.
4 Pop it in the freezer for an hour to set. 5 Remove it from the baking tray, slice it up and store it in the fridge.
