The delicate rays of sun through the windows immediately trigger the desire for that first barbecue of the year. For that slight stress during preparations, that lavishly laden table which could actually feed an entire army, for that point at which you all abruptly decide to take cover until the shower has passed. Delightful! I’m looking forward to it. The signs of spring also mean that the time has come where, as a fresh produce specialist, you can show off the seasons in your refrigerated display cabinet.

- 1 kg small new potatoes, cooked - 1 bunch of parsley - 2 eggs - 1 onion, shredded PREPARATION 1 Boil the new potatoes in salted water until cooked and then allow them to cool down. 2 Finely chop the parsley. 3 Hard-boil the eggs (approx. 8 minutes), peel them and cut them into pieces. 4 Finely chop the onion. 5 Mix all ingredients with the Fresh Tartar Sauce. Tip: Why not try adding pieces of apple and tomato to the salad.
