A N O T E F R O M DAV I D Thank you for joining us as we continue to celebrate our ten year anniversary with SCARRIE The Musical, the first musical I wrote and my official entry in to the world of theater nerds. A long time ago I was told to “write what you know”, or in my case, parody what you know, and I certainly know what it’s like to be a ‘Carrie White’ in the world, as do many Handbag audience members and actors. How wonderful is it that we are able to sit together and laugh at all the horrors of high school, when it all seemed so terribly important back then. Please know that we are grateful to all of our loyal audience members and that we depend on your support to exist. See you at Rudolph 2012! While in Chicago, she has been in numerous productions at Columbia, onstage and backstage, shows around the city, and has worked on various projects with Visionary Women at Work.
