The Majestik Shell Pearl Collection features classic and fashion forward styles constructed with the finest materials for long lasting wear. The manual production of the shell pearl starts with an oyster shell and through the process the producer is able to select the shape, size and color resulting in a stunning nearly flawless pearl. Majestik Shell Pearls will keep their shine and color due to a special solution applied in the production process to shield against corrosion and surface damage. Majestik shell pearls are not as susceptible to the effects of perspiration, perfume or detergent as traditional pearl products. All strands are hand-strung and hand-knotted with the finest thread using timeless techniques of the trade. Marrying the craftsmanship of the producer with Rhodium-plated Sterling Silver findings yields a collection that is versatile and affordable for the busy modern woman.

What is a shell pearl? Shell pearls are composed of oyster shell. The creation of a shell pearl involves multiple stages. First the shell is cut into strips, then mechanically shaped, rounded, and drilled one by one. The pearls are then strung and framed. Before the pearls are dyed, the pearls are protected with a special solution to shield against corrosion. Once the dye is applied, the pearls are baked then polished before being hand-strung. The manual production of the shell pearl enables the producer to choose the shape, size, and color of the pearl, resulting in a stunning nearly flawless pearl.
