FE EL FRE E AGAIN AT FORTE V IL LAGE With its immense spaces and a unique security protocol, Forte Village is a perfect location to let your company restart A unique location, thanks to its one of a kind facilities, a beautiful beach and 50 hectares of magnificent nature to be experienced exclusively. But not only. The resort has in fact, put in place since 2020 a protocol to guarantee a serene and protected time to every type of guest.

Fabio De Marco, Forte Village Director of Conference & Incentive, tell us how the idea of the protocol was born.

Forte Village is able to offer its guests a safe environment where everyone is tested and all employees are vaccinated. Since last year, our safety protocols allowed everyone to enjoy a great time with total freedom of movement, in complete safety and serenity. We have always been open to the Mice segment where we have successfully implemented the work carried out for leisure guests. In the several events we have hosted, we have been able to guarantee a protected haven still keeping the same level of comfort and hospitality we are renowned for and we have been highly praised for this.

A stay in a protected environment, without without excessive limitations: this scenario seems unreal but Forte Village made it possible. Can your protocol also be combined for the incentive travel?

We are the first resort in the world to implement from the beginning of the last season an incredibly advanced Covid Protection Protocol with unique instant testing on arrival which allowed guests to forget all stresses and strains of the pandemic. We worked hard to create and implement an extremely detailed protocol, validated by a medical-scientific committee from Italy’s leading Universities which was met with extraordinary praise from clients and agents alike, creating an authentic worldwide best practice. In 2021 we have further bolstered our protocol, with the introduction of the latest generation of rapid antigenic tests, and, if necessary, the use of RT-PCR molecular swabs, to give even better reassurance to all the guests and the member of staff.

T H E I TAL I AN NATI ONAL FOOTBALL TE AM AND ATP TOUR CH OSE FORT E VI L L AG E At Forte Village we have successfully managed to create a safety bubble, where everyone can fully enjoy a largely unaffected holiday without excessive limitations. This allowed us to host the Italian National Football Team at the end of May 2021, before the unforgettable victory at the European Championships. In addition, last year, in a period when the majority of the most important sporting events in the world have been cancelled or postponed, we hosted one of the most prestigious international tennis events, the Forte Village Sardegna Open, the only ATP tournament hosted in Italy in 2020, after The Internazionali BNL d’Italia 2021.

NE W SALA DEI CR I STALLI & SKY S UI T E Internationally established as a favorite European venue for conferences, product presentations and innovative car launches, Forte Village has expanded its already vast range of spaces in recent years.

The new Sala dei Cristalli with an extension of about 500 square meters is a wide-ranging room, made unique by its crystal walls, which allow you to admire the centuries-old pine forest where it is nestled, still maintaining the open-air feeling. It is the natural extension of the Sky Suite launched in 2018, a panoramic space, located at the highest point of the Resort, with a spectacular 360-degree view, from the mountains to the sea.
