Welcome to Forte Village! We wish you a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in this beautiful corner of South Sardinia. We try to provide something for everyone and for all ages, for the active there is lots to do but if you prefer peace and quiet there is plenty of space where you can find a quiet spot to simply relax. Your hotel reception can advise you regarding the choice of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner and they can make reservations in restaurants which need to be booked in advance. There are also gourmet evenings hosted by Michelin stared chefs. The range of sports facilities and academies for the young includes tennis, football, rugby, hockey, fencing, go-karting and more or try the leisure activities such as the swimming pools, dance classes and water sports. Our little guests have a dedicated area called Children’s Wonderland and an amazing new Acquapark with water games, exciting water shutes and a pirate ship! To completely relax, why not enjoy rejuvenating detox in the Acquaforte SPA with its unique thalasso pool circuit and pamper yourself with a deep massage or a health or beauty treatments. Sports Academies
Fencing Academy The fencing academy will be back from June 15th to September 8th 2019 in the multifunctional gym of the Sport Academy Center, which is equipped with four professional pistes with the best technology. Wear the mask, grab the épée, the foil and the sabre and learn the challenging sports of Fencing. From June 29th to July 6th Stefano Pantano, 3 times World Champion, will coach the Academy.

Bike Academy

If you have a passion for riding on two-wheels then Forte Village Bike Academy is the right place for you. This side of Sardinia offers the most scenic and spectacular roads and paths on the island, ideal for both beginners and more advanced bikers. During the month of May there is an explosion of colors and fragrances and the best way to enjoy them is riding the CIPOLLINI racing bikes and the TREK mountain bikes, either alone or guided by an instructor. Basketball Academy Are you a basketball fan? Then join our unbeatable Basketball Academy now. The lessons will take place from Monday to Friday at Forte Village basketball courts.
Chelsea Football Academy It’s a dream to play together with the stars of the great Chelsea squad. If your kids live for football and are between 6 and 16, imagine watching them attack, defend, dribble, score or, if in goal, save, all under the supervision of the trainers and famous former players of the fantastic Chelsea Football Club Soccer School. Each week, specific courses for each position, tactical lessons, individual technique and actual matches. There’s even a personalised shirt!

We’re off, and dinner turns into a voyage of discovery, in search of the world’s greatest gastronomic traditions. We start at our Sardo Restaurant, which interprets one of Italy’s most original traditions. A meat-lover? Don’t miss the Brasilian Restaurant and its extraordinary grilled meats, with sides of potato and caramelised pineapple.
Heinz Beck brings his Michelin star flavour to Forte Village. The culinary pioneer and three Michelin starred Chef, will be at Forte Village this summer to delight our guests palettes! Guests can look forward to simple but wonderfully made bistro-style food during the day and fine gourmet cuisine in the evening.
Italian Taste Raise your hand if you know of any gastronomic tradition that is richer, more creative, older, more current or more healthy than Italian cuisine. And it is to this cultural heritage, unique in the world - the Mediterranean diet is on the UNESCO World Heritage List after all - that Forte Village dedicates three of its restaurants. This makes for a “cultural heritage” of more than 150 dishes. We’ll start from the top, location-wise, on the terrace of the Belvedere, the kingdom of chef Antonello Arrus. Then we head down to the garden, and the rich buffet of the Cavalieri where Efisio Mocci creates an extravagant array of dishes, freshly prepared each evening. Just a few steps and we can enjoy the casual elegance of Le Dune restaurant, ruled over by Andrea Putzu.
Terrazza San Domenico Don’t miss the Terazza San Domenico, headed by Michelin starred chef Massimiliano Mascia. The Head Chef of the 2 Michelin starred restaurant San Domenico in Imola, will delight our guests with signature dishes of the Romagna region such as ‘Egg in Raviolo with sweet Parmesan, malga butter and truffles’. Vivek Singh has attained a global reputation as a pioneer of modern Indian cuisine through his London based restaurants. The Sardinian opening at Forte Village will be his first venture abroad and will open under the flagship name, The Cinnamon Club. The restaurant will serve fine Indian food that showcases the philosophies of pushing boundaries and combining really good quality Sardinian produce, which will be given the spice treatment from different parts of India.
