This is a story of a young man with a malign and rather dubious past. Having missed his train, he is invited to board the Inter-Life Shuttle (the church) which is destined for the kingdom (heaven). Once on board he is exposed to the obstacles, hurdles and milestones that the Glory Bound Train passengers must tackle and overcome.

This will highlight some of the most romantic, glamorous and extravagant dresses from the V&A’s superb collection, revealing fascinating details about their histories and the lives of the wearers.
