IT’S AN EXCITING time at FA! Our 200th birthday is quickly approaching and we’re looking forward to celebrating another major milestone. It’s the perfect point in time to reflect on our past, to remember those who’ve come before us, and to look forward to a bright and promising future.

If you were not able to join the more than 600 people who attended the grand opening of the Jim

Robinson Field House and Philpot Field Dedication, it’s not too late! Make plans to join us for all of the events leading up to our 200th birthday on Tuesday,

January 31, 2023.

The public is cordially invited to attend the following activities as part of Foxcroft Academy’s

Bicentennial Celebration:

• A production of “The Life and Times of Sir Harry Oakes” featuring FA alumnus Mike Dugay ’65. • Student presentations documenting Foxcroft Academy’s 200 years of history. • A spectacular fireworks display. • A school-wide assembly and community celebration marking the official birthday of Foxcroft Academy. • A celebration of Foxcroft Academy’s history through music over the decades with a commemorative dinner and dance party.

WE ALL ASSEMBLE: A Celebration of Foxcroft Academy’s Bicentennial.

We All Assemble is is a collection of works refl ecting on Foxcroft Academy’s fi rst 200 Academy’s fi rst 200 years, written from many diff erent perspectives.

Shared in stories, poems, songs, pictures, and paintings, each contribution is held together by a common thread: the time spent at FA prepared each contributor to embark at FA prepared each contributor to embark confi dently in the direction of their dreams. Among others, authors of the book include Kristen Stelmok ’95, Dave Mallett ’69, and Tom Lyford ’64.

Copies of the book can be purchased at Foxcroft Academy or through Amazon. Read through the pages, admire the pictures and paintings, and enjoy all of the wonderful and memorable shared experiences it has to off er.
