CONTACT

I love this job and this leads me to always be hungry for new technical knowledge.

I carry out concepts and projects independently, I stimulate my team and skillfully manage the conversation with clients.

This allowed me to have roles within companies also as a Project & Safety Manager and BIM & 3D Coordinator.

Here is a selection of the best jobs done in my 16 years of work experience.

I have been working in the fields of BIM (Revit), 3D Visualizer (Cinema 4D + Vray and 3D studio Max) and Final-Executive Design (Autocad) for at least 12 years.

For 5 years I have been carrying out on-site coordination and construction supervision.

The intervention takes place in Bagno di Romagna. The aim of the competition is to give a new home to the lower secondary school, which, following the earthquake, only has several branch offices.

With the project presented, the new school acquires much more contemporary features, with an external façade overlooking the town square, very appealing for the skilful use of materials and inviting for its play of solids and voids.

In the project I took care of the concept design, the project team and all the documents necessary for the tender

The sector subject to the competition is the completion of a recently built residential area. The main idea of the project is to insert a directive and recognizable sign, able to dialogue both with the immediate context of the mountain slopes to the north and west; than the one at a medium distance with a more intimate view towards the course of the Adige to the south. The overall size, however, remains within the average height of the context, with only two development floors with a gable roof extended to encompass the external areas of the balconies / loggias.

The project aims to be both the head building at the entrance to the district in connection with the newly built building and the new scenic backdrop of the internal private road onto which the existing buildings overlook.

The eight accommodations required by the tender are distributed in two distinct volumes along the East-West longitudinal axis of the lot: the first develops linearly for 22.80 meters and follows the north side of the lot; the second develops linearly for 21.17 meters on the south side of the lot.

The volumes are joined by a closed stairwell that serves a total of 9 apartments (1 of which is accessible), 4 on the ground floor and 5 on the first floor, on 2 floors above ground with a maximum height of 6.50 meters and a basement. with 12 (1 of which is accessible) parking spaces, 9 cellars.

My role in this project was the concept design, team management as team leader, final elaboration of the project tables and the necessary documentation for the tender.

The transformation of an old industrial building into an innovative space is the focal winch that emphasizes collaboration, accessibility and the development of new technical skills, in the Quistello area and its surroundings.

An open and central learning environment was created through an internal hall, in which the student, the specialist and the person are encouraged to participate.

The multifunctional grandstand, which can be used as a staircase, auditorium and meeting space, ensures cross-conception between the various departments, and also transforms the internal hall into the beating heart of QRehab Center.

The existing industrial building was built according to the principles of a concrete skeleton prefabricated. After a technical analysis of the existing building, the building was deprived of its essence: a double-height space consisting of concrete columns, beams and floors.

By locally adding a new intermediate floor, an open internal hall is created, surrounded by ateliers / departments; workplaces and classrooms.

In the side aisles, on the ground floor there are spaces for the diagnostic department, day-hospital and

rehabilitation together with the homogeneous functional areas of general services and general health services. These remain physically closed but are visually engaging with the internal hall, thanks to glass windows.

Using ready-made highlights the accessibility and the demonstration that it is possible to obtain interesting results.

The intervention is located in Dervio in the province of Como. The task entrusted to me was to draw up rendering views to give a captivating image to the project.

The intervention deals with the executive design of the pavilions intended for university residence.

In this project my role was to draw up all the executive drawings, window frames, false ceilings, walls, floors and construction details. I also managed the order in the coordination of all the actors (electrical designers, mechanical and safety designers) in order to deliver the work.

Following the indications of the project leader, I subsequently independently prepared the following documents, which are part of the Definitive Project:

Sono stata richiesta nella direzione lavori, Coordinamento sicurezza e computazione di vari lavori di varie entità e complessità. Ho avuto piena autonomia nella gestione con le imprese e la committenza, e nella redazione della documentazione necessaria sia per le pratiche edilizie sia per la sicurezza in cantiere. Ho operato controlli sicurezza anche sulla documentazione delle imprese, proposto soluzioni a problematiche nate sul cantiere stesso.

All the works were evaluated with full marks with honors.

The strength that distinguishes them and that has allowed the achievement of the maximum result, is first and foremost the strong idea combined with the specific figure of project manager carried out by me to always proceed with defined steps in view of deliveries; and the constant stimulation of my team to always try to improve and give their best.

Proactive in teaching and open to learning from my own team.

I have always been a Leader in the design groups, aware of both my strengths and my team's weak points. This made it possible to create solid relationships that helped in the success of the projects themselves.

In the setting of the Certosa island in Venice, the restoration project of the ancient cloister located in the center of the island becomes an opportunity for the architectural composition of a new congress center with an adjoining luxury hotel. With the aim of keeping the ancient cloister intact, applying all the techniques to better restore it, the new congress project is placed on the upper level of the cloister, creating a delicate partnership between old and new.

The exhibition “Il Bel Paese. 1 project for 22,621 historic centers ”dedicated to Leonardo Benevolo at the Milan Triennale was the starting point for this project. Starting from the analysis of portions of the Italian territory according to the dogmas of the Benevolent Master, attention then came to the reality of the lowland landscapes often called "depressed" due to the countless days of fog. The fog has become a project here. With the intention of bringing us to play with this phenomenon in the municipality of Ostiglia (MN) through the sole use of the existing land and create a new landscape that is more captivating and at the same time resilient to the flooding of the river Po.

There are places in the Big Apple that need to be reactivated to avoid ghettoisation. One such place is in Brooklyn in the infamous Army Terminal. Today the site of rented offices, it is an identity in its own right with no connections to the outside, yet it presents huge opportunities that this project immediately wanted to highlight. A rooftop with disco and infinity pool, an aquarium directly on the sea, a new botanical garden and the new ferryboat stop that connects this area directly with Manhattan.

The urban planning approach (prof. E. Fontanari) to city and landscape design implies a reading of the territory as a system of multiple landscapes to be analyzed, evaluated, represented and differentiated by design. In fact, it is believed that one of the founding components of the design experience is the awareness of the diversity of the landscape project in relation to the areas in which it insists, in an intertwined and everchanging relationship between various project scales.

The theme of the AGROBIOPOLIS project concerns the formation of a peri-urban park between the river Po and the building expansions on the edge of the Farnese walls, and the recovery of a group of buildings of historical value to be used as a scientific-agricultural center. With reference to the specific topics outlined above, the objectives and contents of the project will therefore be:

> The recovery of agricultural land for food sustainability and the contextual redesign of the landscape in peri-urban areas

> The identification of the city-countryside relationship in the south-east sector with a better definition of the urban morphology

> the design of a part of the "Parco delle Mura" as a system of public space and redefinition of the historic urban layout

> The architectural and functional project of a set of spaces for the researchenhancement of environmental technologies and innovative activities in the agricultural sector, thanks to the recovery of existing buildings of considerable historical documentary interest

> Experimentation in the project of technologies aimed at the use of sustainable materials and renewable energy As can be seen, the individual objectives do not have a direct and one-to-one correspondence with the general themes described, but each of them understands and develops different ones, declining them according to attitudes and specific disciplinary contents.

In an urban context such as the hamlet of Mortizza (PC), the laboratory has identified a site in which to build a new Social Housing building. A careful study of the solar orientation, winds and accessibility to the site has allowed us to configure an ideal and effective system to answer the question.

A volume of three floors with three types of family settlement in order to offer new users of today their own space. With careful technology

The aim of this thesis is to define a strong and effective pilot project of a dynamic linear park which, through the study of good practices in the world (first of all SEOUL), aims to bring back the blue gold of the ancient Consulado river within the fabric of Mexico City.

The new water infrastructure aims to activate new policies for more conscious water management. And the insights into 3 strategic nodes will make the system better understood.

In addition, an aspect that will be investigated at the end is the use of the new technology of biomimetic materials, or when the functioning mechanisms of living organisms are applied to architecture

Chorus Life is a new urban development, winner of the WT Smart City Award 2017 conferred by the Metropolitan City of Milan, which proposes a new city model to develop the challenges of today and the near future in an intelligent and practical way. A place designed to encourage the social life of its inhabitants while respecting the environment and integration.

The project was born in Bergamo, but lays the foundations to become a repeatable model in many European suburbs. The area affected by the intervention involves the construction of a residential area, a square, a park, a hotel, areas dedicated to services and commerce and the beating heart of the masterplan: a cutting-edge multifunctional arena that will serve the entire city.
