Slide down the 3-storey indoor Ice Cream Portal, take a ride to outer space in the Celestial Subway, dance through the Rainbow Tunnel, and jump in New York’s only Sprinkle Pool!

MIXOLOGY ICE CREAM PAIRING CLASS

For the first time ever, MOIC is hosting workshops to create your own ice cream and find the perfect alcohol pairings! This 1.5 hour long workshop is led by our very own scoop masters who walk you through every step of the way. You will leave this workshop as a certified scoop

master knowing every way to pair your favorite sweet dessert. How sweet is that?!

HANDMADE ICE CREAM The Museum of Ice Cream is more than just a social media sensation! This certified smash hit has commanded long lines of folks eager to explore ice cream-themed spaces and let their imaginations run wild. But no visit to this ice cream-themed utopia is complete without a couple scoops of the good stuff, and the Museum of Ice Cream delivers in a major way!

As you’d expect from the folks who built this ice cream paradise, these handmade ice creams are insanely creative. Whether you opt for Nana Banana (banana ice cream swirled with salted caramel and almond butter), Piñata (vanilla ice cream with spicy mango and raspberry swirls), or Queen Bee (honey ice cream with chocolatey covered honeycomb and English toffee), you really can’t go wrong!

ICE CREAM MAKING CLASS

This hands-on workshop lets us explore our imagination through the love of sweets. We’ll learn about the history of ice cream, and make our very own flavor from scratch. This 1-hour long workshop is led by our very own scoop masters to walk you through every step of the way. You

will leave this workshop as a certified scoop master with a certificate to show off and a happy belly full of ice cream you created.
