Aiming to become the Vietnam primest integrated new town, Ecopark (Vihajico) appointed its historical masterplanner to revise the business core area in order to better align the future Ecopark downtown with market trends and socio-economic expectations. The new Ecopark CBD (downtown) set up a flexible scheme for mixed use commercial development, emphasizing the live-work-play opportunities for businesses and residents.
Co Bi social housing project (86ha) aims at developing affordable housing products at the terminus of the Hanoi regional train service system while proposing a high quality environment for different markets and demands. Thus, a solid green structure leveraging on the land availability enables to define an iconic core while preserving social diversity. Last but not least, Co Bi social housing district incorporates a forward-looking TOD strategy.
Jinging New CBD competition (100ha) aims at solutioning how to reintegrate a fogotten prime land in the centre of Jinging City to create a brand new business centre conencting its major adminsitrative centre to the green and blue system, as well as the urban infrastructures conencting the residential communities and commercial cores.

Casablanca-Settat Smart Region project is a positioning and visioning master plan to define the urban vision for the long term regional development of the Moroccan economic capital. Identifying the SWOT and objectives for the regional institutions, defining economic gears and drivers given the real assets, were at the core of the negociation with the client, Casablanca-Settat region.
Hoa Lac is a Master plan study aiming at defining the opportunities for planning and development structure at the core of the biggest satellite city in the Hanoi metropolitan region. Leveraging of existing economies of scale (R&D, industrial parks, university and growth corridor at the regional master plan level, the strategic orientations proposed by the CPG team set a framework for growth and strategies of investment for the client.
Changping New City project is a masterplanning project aiming at defining a planning framework (land, jurisdiction, population) and a design concept, in the North of Beijing. Changping New City includes a technological postioning to make Changping a business center along the Beijing North Growth Corridor.
