NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES • Built Annual Pipeline of 4,000 leads with one-third planned investments • Started New Business Division for the Fresh Food sector (Meat, Poultry, Salads, and Ready Meals) • More than 500 new investments identified each year from ‘Issues based’ Direct Marketing • Developed new accounts in the Meat, Poultry and Ready Meals sectors.

GENERAL MANAGEMENT • Achieved 20% per annum growth over last 3 years and 12 % PBIT • Management of £2.5m annual budget and a marketing team of 20 across EMEA • Grew Ishida’s Fresh Food business from almost zero to 25% of turnover at that time (£10 Million) • Full P&L responsibility for spearheading Ishida’s move into the Fresh & Chilled Food markets.

PRODUCT MARKETING • Defining and managing all New Product Development for the business. • Introduced several new product ranges to EMEA • Developed best practice in house training for all new core products • Designed and implemented a new training pack and methodology for developing markets and remote customers.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT • Identified need for own office in South Africa to cover sub-Saharan Africa. Located and opened office and hired team to run the region • Developed plan for expanding the Middle East including and office in Dubai and major market development in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Turkey. • Planned transition from distributors to own organisation in Germany and France including opening own offices.

CHANNELS TO MARKET • Developed Multiple Distribution Channels in Russia and the Ukraine including distributors, OEM’s and own office • Business Development & Expansion of all markets and sectors in EMEA through Direct Sales Channels, Agents, Distributors & OEM’s.
