Discover your inner-park ranger and build outdoor skills in this fun-filled week of nature exploration and outdoor experiential learning! This camp focuses on building courage and confidence through accomplishments. Each camper will have the opportunity to earn various badges through crafts, activities and overall good attitudes. Badges in fishing, boating safety, and birding can be earned among others. We’ll dive into the inner-workings of Central Park and get a closer look at Lake Elizabeth from a Park Ranger’s perspective.

Step into the Mad Science Winter Wonder-Lab and watch a snowman sublimate before your very eyes as we explore the 3 states of matter! We will tinker with technology and learn the science behind some of our favorite toys! Kids will learn about polymers and make their own Mad Science Super Ball ornament! Our junior scientists will be charged up when they experiment with switches and batteries and build a string of holiday lights! Material Fee: $30.
“Fizz”-ical Phenomena & Che-Mystery
Have a ton of fun as we whip up potions and experiment with all kinds of chemistry, including growing crystals, making sidewalk chalk, and learning the science of chromatography!! Mix it up as we experiment with molecular madness, radical reactions, and “fizz”-ical and chemical reactions. Materials Fee: $30.

Rise to the challenge to build and program robots using the LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 system! Abracadabra - Sim Sala Bim! Get ready for three days of magic tricks. Learning magic tricks can develop self confidence, ignite creativity, further develop fine motor skills and spark an interest in reading. Campers will be shown how to put on their own short magic show. Each camper receives their very own bag of tricks with a wand, wizard hat, deck of cards, magic booklet and several tricks to keep. Materials fee due of first day: $17.

Too far to take your child to Hogwarts, Harry Potters School of Wizardry? Why not bring them to the Magic Wizard Camp. Welcome to learning how to do easier magic tricks!
