Fremont Wellness Walk

Join us in a bi-monthly Wellness Walk at various Fremont park locations and learn about the importance of stretching before, during, and after exercising while enjoying and learning about the wonderful parks in the city and the diversity of nature: birds, wildlife, and trees, all while being outdoors. Please note some walks will be more strenuous than others (as determined by the location). Registration for each person is required. Krav Maga/ Self Defense Training

Krav Maga is a self defense program that uses fitness, boxing, kicks, weapons defense, ground defense and other mixed systems. We teach our system in blocks; one week may focus on hand techniques, another on ground defense and another week on weapon defense. The rotating curriculum allows a variety of material to be taught which keeps things moving and the students stimulated. We recommend that students are in good physical condition with no orthopedic issues. We welcome inquiries to answer specifics. Official Martial Arts America Krav Maga gloves are required on the first day and cost $55 CASH ONLY. on the first class. Bare feet Or grippy socks only. Masks and proof of vaccination are required.
