It is Time Again for the Dixie Classic Fair. The Men's and Women's Fellowship have committed to doing the fair booth this year. We are needing volunteers! Please call or email Dana Rushing if you would like to help. Specific days and times are not needed. We just need to know you would like to work. You can commit to one day...or the entire fair! No help will be turned away! We also need pound cakes. Email drushing81269@triad.rr.com or call 408-1465 if you would like to work or make a cake! Pray for the people of Honduras, especially in Cocobila and Belen, struggling in the midst of drug trafficking conflict. Fights over drug cargo by rival gangs have created a very dangerous environment for the residents of northern Honduras.

Our speaker will be Darian Lance Smith, M.S., D.C. from the Kernersville Chiropractic Center. Dr Smith will enlighten us on his profession and the capabilities of his practice. See you there! Family Camp What is Family Camp? It isn’t really a scriptural theme, just a sample of what summer camp is like. Campfires, meals at the Dining Hall, staying in the cabins, activities like archery, canoeing, arts and crafts. Saturday, September 28 from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can help us out by donating any good used items that you have and by coming out and buying some "NEW TREASURES'. If you have items that are too large for you to move, please call Larry Jarvis at 788-5104. If you wish to bring items to the cabin, please bring them on Saturday, September 21st from 9:00 a.m. until 12 noon. If this is not convenient, please call Larry and he will meet you at the cabin at a different time. All the proceeds will support our boys to go on an exciting trip to visit the USS Yorktown in Charleston, SC in the early spring. At the request of the Elders to preserve the dignity of worship, please silence your cell-phone, refrain from taking pictures and do not bring food or drinks into the Sanctuary.
