Registration is open until the end of September 2010. Students purchasing food a la carte, may pay by cash or through a debit system that parents can access on mealpayplus.com. Friends’ Central Dining Service team members successfully complete the requirements set by the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation for the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification, which is recognized by the International Food Safety Council.

Middle and Upper School Meal Plan

Mealpayplus.com Mealpayplus is a prepayment system that allows you to make deposits into your children’s debit accounts via the web at www.mealpayplus.com

Full Meal Plan The full meal plan provides each student 7 points to use for lunch each day. Entrees have a point value of 2–3 points, while beverages, desserts, vegetables, and some snacks have a value of 1 point. Special lunches such as brunches, buffets, and picnics are included in this plan at no additional cost.

Payments are via credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover), bank check cards with VISA or MC logo, and savings/checking accounts (e-check via ACH). In addition the system will allow parents to view a child’s balance, payment, and purchase history, and select low balance email alerts (as reminders that the account is low).

Debit System The debit system is a cashless system that students access with an individual PIN.

Parents will need to set up a profile for each child before making online payments. The profile will require the child’s student ID and Cafeteria PIN, both of which are shown on your School bill. If you require assistance or have processing questions, you can contact mealpayplus directly (877-237-0946).

A minimum deposit of $100 is required to open an account, and funds can be added online at mealpayplus.com or at the register in the cafeteria with cash or check. Our consession cart also accepts the student’s PIN number.
