APREVAILS Sometimes the best laid plans go awry when mother Nature steps in. And that is what happened to the Fripp Island Memorial Day Fishing Tournament. High winds Friday and Saturday moved the two day tournament to Sunday for fishing safety reasons. Still with brisk winds, twelve boats remained in the tournament.
