Fall
There’s something so special and unique about how autumn designs come to life. As we transition into the cooler months, the leaves change from green to golden yellow and we crave every variety of apple we spot at our local orchard. We smile and get excited when we spot pumpkins as if it’s the first time we’re seeing them and it’s also during those few months when we all embrace the color orange. All of these natural elements inspired me to capture and create designs that utilize color palettes and intense textural pairings.

Creating, designing and capturing the spirit of Christmas is a passion of mine. There’s something so special and distinctive about the holiday season that inspires me. Whether it’s the scent of juniper and pine, that bring back memories and remind me that being close to nature has such uplifting qualities, or the holiday songs that seem to get better and better the more I listen to them. The color combination of red and white with touches of green is classic, but it’s the whimsy of sleighs, reindeer and shiny red elements that capture why we all want to be kids again, the closer we get to Christmas. – Andrea

Holiday merchandise begins shipping approximately 2 months prior to the holiday. Products are shipped from various locations, so your order may arrive in more than one shipment. To help you manage your FTD deliveries, an FTD Order Confirmation is transmitted to your shop via Mercury at the time of order. A packing list is affixed to the first carton of each shipment. FTD is charged by our carrier for each carton shipped. Therefore, we charge a minimum per carton to cover the carrier charges. CONTINENTAL US FTD charges a shipping and handling fee of 20% of the value of each carton with a minimum of $9.99 per carton. Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery once product has shipped. CANADA FTD charges a shipping and handling fee of 22% of the value of each carton with a minimum of $11.99 per carton. Items shipping to Canada directly from the FTD warehouse ship weekly (on Fridays). Please allow 14–17 business days for delivery once product has shipped. ALASKA & HAWAII FTD charges a shipping and handling fee of 24% of the value of each carton with a minimum freight charge of $19.99 per carton for items shipping from our warehouse. Items shipping to Alaska and Hawaii directly from the FTD warehouse ship once per month and have a 5 carton minimum per order. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery once product has shipped. A $40.00 charge per case will be applied to all vendor-shipped product.

EXTENDED PAYMENT TERMS All members in good standing have the option of distributing payments in three equal installments over a 90-day period (orders must total $150 or more). Finance charges apply. Extended payments on all products, including holiday products, begin the month the product is shipped. Sorry, extended payment terms are not available for Fresh Flower purchases. DEFERRED BILLING Billing for holiday codified purchases will appear on your Clearinghouse Statement the month prior to the holiday. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO AN ORDER In the event you wish to cancel or change an order that has been placed with FTD Marketplace, you must do so on the same day of your order being placed (if your order is placed during non-business hours you must do so on the next business day) by calling your FTD Marketplace Customer Service Representative at 1-800-767-4000 (option 2). If your cancellation is made within this time frame, and your order is already set to ship, FTD will not be able to honor your request. While we will make every effort to accommodate your cancellation or change request when made within the proper time frame, FTD cannot guarantee that such request will be honored. You will be notified by an FTD Marketplace Customer Service Representative if we are unable to accommodate your request. RETURNS Prior to returning merchandise, you must call an FTD Marketplace Customer Service Representative at 1‑800‑767‑4000 (option 2) for approval. Full cases of merchandise in their original cartons may be returned within 30 days of receipt of product (does not apply to apparel, gourmet or shop supplies). Holiday product must be returned prior to the holiday; no returns will be accepted afterward. Holiday and Everyday Combo Packs may be returned with all of the original components. Credit cannot be given on partial combo packs returned. A restocking fee of 35% of the value for each carton with a minimum of $20 per carton will apply. Return of merchandise is the responsibility of the purchasing member. Contacting a representative is very important to ensure you will be properly credited for returned product. If product is refused at time of delivery, there is no guarantee that you will be credited.
ALL OTHER DESTINATIONS Delivery times and pricing will be quoted on a per order basis.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED In the event you receive product that is not what you specifically ordered or it is damaged when received, you must contact FTD Marketplace Customer Service Department immediately at 1‑800‑767‑4000 (option 2) to assert your claims for credit. ALL SUCH CLAIM REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF YOUR CLAIM IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR A CREDIT.
RUSH DELIVERY If you need to receive your product within a short time frame, we are happy to send your order via next day or 2nd day air at your request. You will be charged the cost of air freight.
NON-DELIVERED MERCHANDISE In the event your products have not been delivered, contact an FTD Marketplace Customer Service Representative at 1‑800‑767 4000 (option 2), to initiate a trace.
PUERTO RICO FTD charges a shipping and handling fee of 24% of the value of each carton with a minimum of $19.99 per carton. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for delivery once the product has shipped. A $40.00 charge per case will be applied to all vendor-shipped product.
