MERCURY MESSENGER

THE HEART OF VALENTINE’S DAY

On behalf of the entire FTD/From You Flowers team, we want to give a big thank you to all of you who partnered with us this Valentine’s Day.

The FTD Florist network delivered hundreds of thousands of orders for the holiday, with many markets battling severe winter weather. Total order volume remained steady year-over-year with higher order values. FTD.com’s orders increased again this holiday compared to last year with average order values in the high $80s. In addition, we saw order volume and average order value growth for members on our new Mercury Online websites, powered by Shopify.

Thank you so much for being FTD. We look forward to helping you grow stronger.

NEW VIDEO DEBUTS HONORING FLORIST PARTNERSHIPS

FTD is dedicated to helping florists thrive with increased orders, advanced technology, and cost-saving resources. A special thanks to Flowers by Dick & Son in Akron, OH, The Flower Factory in Tarzana, CA, and Oak Ridge Floral in Oak Ridge, TN, for welcoming us into their shops to film and share their stories about the positive impact of their partnership with FTD.

Joe and Sonia collaborate with members purchasing fresh flowers from Flower Exchange and shop essentials from Marketplace. Joe also oversees business-to-business accounts. Both Joe and Sonia are always ready to connect with a member to help them solve problems and find the best solution.

CELEBRATING MILESTONES

Our florist members are the foundation of FTD, and we’re thrilled to celebrate the incredible milestones of those reaching significant member anniversaries this quarter. These achievements reflect years of passion, hard work, and artistry, making each florist a valued part of our community. We’re honored to have you in the FTD network!

Special mention this quarter goes to Mulhearn Flowers in Rayville, LA celebrating 90 years and Phoenix Flowers in Phoenix, AZ celebrating 60 years as FTD members.
