All of these events and activities are FREE to attend! So make a date with friends and family and enjoy all the Pop Up Park and Werribee City Centre has to offer this summer. Brought to you by Wyndham City with support from local businesses, community and sporting groups.

OPENING HOURS Enjoy the deckchairs, umbrellas and lawn games each day: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 5pm Friday, 9am – 10pm Saturday, 9am – 8pm Sunday, 10am – 4pm A licenced bar will operate during Friday Night Live but at all other times, the Pop Up Park is an alcohol-free zone.

Friday night live Free live music under the stars? Friday nights have never looked so good! Bring a picnic blanket and settle in for the summer, with all-ages concerts every Friday night from 10 – 31 January, including major headline acts and local talent. Pete Murray is one of Australia’s most-loved and respected singer songwriters, with five hit records and more than a million album sales to date. The talented musician has also achieved plenty of multi-platinum singles with hit singles like ‘So Beautiful’, ‘Opportunity’ and crowd favourites ‘Better Days’, ‘Connected’ and ‘Always a Winner’. Murray released his most recent album, Camacho, in mid-2017 to popular acclaim and is currently working on new music to share with his adoring fan base. Supporting artists will include Michelle Gardiner, DJ Raas Masters and more.

Performing from a vast catalogue of hits from Australia and New Zealand, each show is a unique event — a chance for audiences to dance, sing and enjoy the ultimate party with some of Aussie rock’s most talented performers.

80s lovers unite! This night is for you. ‘Heaven, must be there-ere…well, it’s just got to be there-ere!’ Formed in 1981, the Eurogliders became the voice of a generation, with hits like ‘Heaven’ (Must Be There), ‘We Will Together’, ‘Can’t Wait To See You’ and ‘Absolutely’ topping charts and winning them a swag of awards. See Grace Knight and Bernie Lynch reunited on stage again, supported by Brian Mannix (Uncanny X-Men) and Scott Carne (Kids in the Kitchen) for an epic, eighties edition of Friday Night Live. Supporting local artists will include MADZ GOT RICH, DJ Raas Masters spinning the best of the eighties, with all the synth and all of the fun! Pull out your blue eye shadow, your stonewash denim and tease your hair, we’ve got prizes for the best eighties costumes and dance moves!

THE BLACK SORROWS Supported by The Mixx, DJ Raas Masters and more Who better to close out a huge Pop Up Park summer of Australian music, than Joe Camilleri and The Black Sorrows, renowned for their high-energy live shows, musicianship and infectious, rootsy rhythms. Writer of milestone Australian songs such as ‘So Young’, ‘Shape I’m In’, ‘Hold On To Me’, ‘Harley and Rose’, ‘Chained To The Wheel’, ‘Never Let Me Go’ and the ‘Chosen Ones’, Joe Camilleri’s music has become part of Australian music culture. Expect classic hits and music from their latest album, Citizen John which debuted #11 on the ARIA Album Charts in April 2019. Supporting local artists will include The Mixx featuring Werribee locals Frank Tiatto and Rob O’Neill and Andrew Wishart (Runner-Up in The X-Factor), DJ Raas Masters and more.

outdoor cinema Pull up a beanbag and settle in for a summer of free family movies at the coolest outdoor cinema in town! Every Saturday night features a new family flick at the child-friendly screening time of 6pm. Come down early to enjoy lawn games and free kids craft from 3pm – 6pm. Pack a picnic and your popcorn, or indulge with your favourite take-away, you’ll find plenty of options in Werribee City Centre. Feel free to bring along blankets, rugs and bean bags. Please note this event is alcohol-free.

ALADDIN (2019) [PG] A thrilling live action remake of Disney’s animated classic, Aladdin is the tale of the charming street rat Aladdin, the courageous and self-determined Princess Jasmine and the Genie who may be the key to their future. TOY STORY 4 [G] Woody, Buzz Lightyear and the rest of the gang embark on a road trip with Bonnie and a new toy named Forky. The adventurous journey turns into an unexpected reunion as Woody’s slight detour leads him to his long-lost friend Bo Peep. Kids Craft, 3pm – 6pm: Decorate your own cowboy hat, play ring toss and try ribbon twirling.

DUMBO (2019) [PG] In Tim Burton’s live action remake of the Disney classic, a young elephant, whose oversized ears enable him to fly, helps save a struggling circus. But when the circus plans a new venture, Dumbo and his friends discover dark secrets beneath its shiny veneer. Kids Craft, 3pm – 6pm: Colour in your own circus paddle bat, blow bubbles and try ribbon twirling. Jugg Life, 4pm – 6pm: Catch a free performance from Jugg Life – featuring two of Australia’s best jugglers!

WONDER PARK [PG] Matthew Broderick, Jennifer Garner and Kenan Thompson form part of an all-star voice cast in this animated family adventure film. Finding an amazing, but run-down amusement park in the woods, a young girl named June discovers that it was created for her imagination and that it’s up to her to fix it. Browse through the market stalls, let the kids burn off some energy with lawn bowls and games, check out the children’s animal farm or grab a bite to eat and simply relax out on the lawn. Each week takes on a new flavour, with different cuisines and performers for a low-stress Sunday.

MEXICO Enjoy street eats from Dos Amigos Food Truck, Sally’s Country Corn and Phat Franks. Enjoy the buzz of a three-piece Mariachi band from 1pm – 3pm.

ASIA District 3030, Rai Thai and Phat Franks will serve up Vietnamese and Thai street eats. Plus, from 1pm – 4pm enjoy traditional Chinese Rainbow Dances and live music from talented young trio, 300 Seconds.

IRELAND Grab lunch from Jimmy O’Neills, The Wee Kitchen or Phat Franks and enjoy the DJ tunes. The Irish Dempsey Dancers will also perform between 1pm – 3pm.
