Your website needs to be designed to provide prospects and customers with the information they want so you can keep them coming back for more. Make sure they're seeing something relevant and important to them. 2) Can they tell what your website is about? If you are using various marketing methods (Google Places, Facebook Pages and Ads, emails, updated content) to bring people to your site, you need to make your site is very clear on what you want them to do there.
