1-What is your personal goal for applying to this functional area? 2-Create a marketing plan for the seminar In one page create the channels you will use in promoting NTMS TOGO 2016.What are the materials you will use? The challenges you will develop and the mini articles that will be circulated both internally and externally to ensure the conference has the right kind of hype needed 3-Design two relevant (02) logos of NTMS 2016 as well as the cover page of the conference proposal. 4-Create media engagement plan in order to have 02 national media agreement to cover the seminar 5-As OCVP MaC what will be your innovative ideas to showcase NTMS 2016 and have a lot of delegates (Both national and international). 6-What will be the add value for the seminar? 7-Design a post to promote the seminar. 8- Add to your application a sample of the delegate mailer OCVP External Relation (ER) 1-Make a draft database of 20 companies for the seminar 2-Analyse how AIESEC can capitalize on NTMS 2016. 3-Take the example that until November you have not signed any partnerships, what will you do? List all possible options you will use to safe your seminar. 4-Provide a detailed planning of activities for the role for 2 months including specific MoS
OCVP Logistics and Special events
1-What are the key logistical factors that will impact the delegation in the conference and how will you find them? Which single one do you think will be the most important? Why? 2-Describe an ideal venue for NTMS 2016 and why such a venue? Highlight 3 main characteristics of the venue that makes it right for an international conference in Togo 3-Make a check-list of the materials for the seminar and tell us how to find them easily 4-Imagine that at the day O all the logistic which is supposed to be used to welcome the delegates has damaged. What will be your reaction and what will you do? 5-What will you consider as the main responsibilities of the OCVP SE? What are the main challenges you anticipate in organizing special events and how do you plan on overcoming hem? 6-Which special events will you organize? OCVP Food and Delegate Servicing (Food & DS) 1-Propose a list of dishes that will be served during the seminar. How will you procure them? 2- Make a day planning according to the food that will be served during the seminar. 3- How will you ensure the quality of the foods that will be served? 4- How will you manage the delegates’ complaints about the food, especially the international delegates? 5-Take the example that an international delegate cannot eat Togolese food. How will you manage that situation? 6- What will you consider in your point of view as key factors that will impact the experiences of delegates, FACIs and externals alike in a conference? What will you do as OCVP Food & DS to ensure that the delegation of this conference to get a WOW experience before leaving?
