The LIMA story began 20 years ago. The achieved successes have proven that our outside the box thinking, like integrating ten architectural skills under the same roof, pays off in the short and long term.
Over the years, we have worked with our partners on a wide variety of architectural projects, from office building design to city-network masterplans. In few places design as many 5-star hotels, as many large-scale condominiums and sports facilities as we do.
Our team of over 100 people includes architects, interior designers, a BIM team, structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, highway engineers, geodesists and landscape architects. Having all skills under one roof helps us to work faster and more accurately. Next to that the company-wide BIM approach helps us to deliver clash-free plans.

The design of a spa and conference hotel in Transylvania has been focused on combining local architectural traditions with modern architectural technologies

The lobby combines the atmosphere of a Transylvanian hunting lodge with a forest experience
Despite the lobby's size, it offers a sense of homeliness. This is enhanced by the central fireplace that is in constant operation
The hotel has 54 rooms, 9 swimming pools, 3 restaurants and 3 conference rooms. The rooms have a minimum of 45 square metres to ensure maximum comfort
The spa is composed of outdoor and indoor sections. These include an outdoor pool and a traditional sauna area

Next to the hotel are 2 residence buildings with 55 apartments, which follow the theme and style of the hotel. All apartments overlook Lake Balaton and have their own terrace
A child-friendly hotel with the theme “80 days around the world with Willie Fog”. The buildings have been designed in a colonial style, in keeping with the story

Using quality materials for the interior design was a priority to meet the parents’ needs

The style follows the architectural traditions of the area with a modern finish. The design of the entrance follows the proportions of barn architecture
